Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for administrating, consulting and/or negotiating product/service contracts with external customers.
2. Develops pre-sales contract strategies and works closely with marketing, sales, and business management teams to structure proposals/contracts/bid documents.
3. Negotiates contracts that are consistent with business objectives and engages in contract amendments and renegotiation to accommodate scope changes.
4. Ensures fulfilment of contractual obligations from contracting parties.
5. Responsible to complete comprehensive tenders, utilizing all appropriate departments, with minimal support.
6. Being responsible for creation of customer specific service proposals which includes technical & commercial as well as contracts in accordance with company’s tendering policies by applying acquired technical knowledge for substation & power quality project business.
7. Creating a value for the customers via offering customer specific service solutions, drive the negotiation until contract signing.
8. Establishing effective customer relations, understanding customer needs to develop a service solution and ensuring positive customer experience.
9. Deliver the assigned Business plan for the Region – Achieve Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Business Plan
10. Understand market potential, and set direction, strategies and plans to expand the market and realize market potential
11. Lead senior level negotiations optimizing contractual opportunities which cement long-term supply arrangements.
12. Approach new clients and manage existing clients for institution sales.
13. Including conducting trials, meetings, and technical marketing.
14. Market development through partnership with relevant organizations.
15. On boarding new clients for institutional sales.

Experience & Qualifications:
1. 5-8 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager for south region (Karnataka, Tamil Naidu) in the medical devices industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical engineering or any related background.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
