Business Development Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
2. should handle end to end training solutions on product, process, soft skills and behavioural training of direct team, dealer reps, government stakeholders etc.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Working on tender winning, shaping stakeholders and driving business across identified
Segments.
5. Need to travel across the state all-round the year to provide these trainings as well as willingness to relocate to different places quarterly. (Location to be specified afterwards)
6. Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to formulate effective strategies.
7. Set and achieve sales targets to meet company objectives.
8. Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
9. Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients and partners.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
11. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress.

Key Skills:

1. Should have proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
2. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
3. Developing relationships with the Key stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with the Company, DHS/NHM and State Corporation to identify training needs of
the ANM workers, ASHA workers, Anganwadi Workers, etc.
5. Schedule and conduct meetings with the stakeholders to increase the current business revenue.
6. Person should have empathy towards pregnancy, neonates, and other female rural healthcare
population.
7. Need to work in govt institutions like army ESIC CGHS.

Experience & Qualifications:

1. 4-5 Years of relevant experience in the field of Business Development.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce.
3. Strong proficiency in English.
4. In-depth market knowledge.
5. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to establish rapport with clients.
7. Excellent time management and planning abilities.
