Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Devise sales strategy, Channel/distribution Partner/s, development plan, sales forecasts to ensure yearly objectives are met.
2. Responsible for developing new key accounts to increase customer base.
3. Manage the environment (Customers, Influencers) through clearly established systems/procedures.
4. Develop Channel Distribution strategy, revenue Generation, Business market Penetration & Increase Market Share in the region defined.
5. Identifying potential foreign markets and Monitoring industry trends.
6. Designing, recommending sales and marketing programs & setting short- and long-term sales strategies.
7. Attending exhibitions, meeting customers, and visiting sales offices internationally when required.
8. Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.
9. Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company.
10.Coordinate with marketing team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with company’s rule.
11. Analyse and identify appropriate partner for each product in geographic market.
12. Provide and implement various company pricing policies.
13. Design sales contacts for all vertical markets.
14. Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers.
15. Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
Key Skills:
1. Designing innovative marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
2. Predicting future sales for a given time period by looking at the team’s historical performance
3. Targeting the right audience for a product, and then fulfilling their needs, to increase sales and revenue
4. Using written communication skills to convey sales forecasts, goals, and market research in an easy-to-understand format.
5. Strengthening the relationship between a company and client.
6. Persuasive communication skills are essential for securing new deals and driving relationships.
Experience & Qualifications:
1. 8-12 years of experience as an International Sales Manager for different geographies around the globe.
2. Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing from tier 1 colleges or international degree
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Willingness to travel most of the time as per need of the project.
