Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet organizational objectives and revenue goals.
2. Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and analyse competitive trends to drive business expansion.
3. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, online platforms, and other digital channels to reach target audiences effectively.
4. Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and generate insightful reports to drive continuous improvement and optimize revenue generation.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
6. Evaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products and developing comparative statistics and metrics.
7. Drive digital strategy to focus on increasing pipeline and conversions;
8.Collaborate with business development team to build brand awareness within relevant research and client communities;
9. Brand strategy (agency or client) experience, including brand repositioning, re-branding, value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
10. Manages and maintains program specific research efforts inclusive of consumer insights, consumer segmentation, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and developments.
Key Skills:
1. 10+ years of digital /Consumer marketing experience or digital strategy in a related field.
2. Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
3. Strong public speaking skills, and the proven ability to eloquently communicate complex information in a digestible and engaging manner.
4. Brand strategy (agency or client) experience, including brand repositioning, re-branding, value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
5. Strong knowledge of digital sales, marketing dynamics, and processes.
6. Experience and interest working in youth culture, generational trends, societal shifts, and evolving media.
7. Management skills, advertising, agency, or publishing experience is a plus.
8. Budget management.
Experience & Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 10+ years of consumer marketing, entrepreneurship, strategy consulting, product management, market research and brand building experience is required.
2. Must have Bachelor’s degree from any IIT or MBA degree from any IIM.
2. 3+ Years of leading growth in technology is good to have.
3. Must have at least one start up experience.
4. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
5. Excellent communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
